I excel in working as part of a team within a customer service and IT environment, especially when given the opportunities to expand my knowledge and develop my understanding by listening and learning from more experienced colleagues. I also enjoy working on tasks independently to contribute to overall team, project and company goals. Recently, I’ve Completed an IT technican bootcamp with JustIT where we covered topics such as; Troubleshooting, Service level agreements, Hardware, Microsoft Azure, Intune, Entra, Configuring OS’s, Networking, virtualisation, Cloud concepts, Printer repair, Security and more. I am currently working as a technical analyst at a service desk within the IT channel
