Senior Project Manager for Experian Health, which provides revenue cycle products and consultative services to health systems, hospitals, medical groups, and specialty organizations.

The primary resource for the implementation and delivery of technical installation work for Healthvision Clinical Solutions. Responsible for coordinating technology implementation activities within the client’s Information Services organization.• Build, configure and design portal and modules to client and Healthvision specifications.• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for application workflow and interface development.• Understanding of HL7 standards; Analyze HL7 and XML transactions (inbound and outbound).• Identify client source systems and data architecture to meet Healthvision requirements.

Responsible for the implementation of all Consumer Solutions. Applications and services include complete Web site strategy, content editing/writing and design, consumer and patient interactive applications, online health content and targeted e-newsletter campaigns.Responsible for application configuration, data collection, testing, rollout and deployment of consumer product. Provide ongoing implementation and client support activities throughout the project life-cycle. Conduct end user training sessions focusing on features and operation of Healthvision applications; utilizing company-provided materials, courseware and procedures. Work closely with product management, software development and documentation specialist to develop and update application training materials. Facilitate “train-the-trainer” programs that focus on training and preparing a client organization’s trainers to deploy consumer solutions to the rest of the organization’s user community.
