Supported a successful EMAP accreditation assessment of 11 COOPs, and developed a continuity planning framework and COOP template to accommodate the unique characteristics of 40+ city departments.

Completed three two-year terms on the board of this fantastic community-building organization, including the roles of treasurer and secretary.

Homeland security and emergency management strategic planner for Washington State, including five years of managing federal grant programs and seven years producing the annual SPR, THIRA, and statewide strategic planning to fill assessed gaps.

Board member and Treasurer for regional arts non-profit supporting local artists; assisted with production of annual Glass Roots Arts Festival.

Board member of stellar mainstage and youth group production non-profit theater group that stewards The Bathhouse theater for the the City of Seattle. Positions held through the years: Development Committee Chair, Treasurer, Vice President.

Conducted annual fund campaign and Crystal Ball annual fundraising gala. Managed donor walls and donor steps outside the museum. Managed MG100 Club of major donors.

Created, marketed and negotiated contracts for On-Site Support Services business model. Recruited, hired, trained and placed OSSS team members in power utility customer locations. Managed and grew team to 12 members throughout the U.S, Canada and Australia.

Contract pricing, fact finding and negotiations, program cost analysis and monitoring for aerospace and defense contracts.

Department/Resource/Project Administrator for state-of-the-art Energy Management System projects for large, privately-owned power utility customers; including facilitation of project meetings, progress reporting and technical documentation editing. Also Marketing Proposal Manager during 1989-90.

Oversaw 35 employees including 5 supervisors and 2 remote retail stores in this 45,000 subscriber dual-build CATV system. Started in San Rafael, CA, for Televue Systems which became Viacom Cablevision. Started posting tub cards in 1974, moved to working delinquent accounts and then to dispatching installation and construction crews. Viacom launched Showtime during that time. In 1977 moved to Salem, OR, to start up new build CATV system which grew to 44,000 subscribers while I was there. as Office Manager. MTV, Escapade (Playboy Channel), Cable Health Network and others were launched in Salem in 1982.
