With more than 16 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I have developed a keen sense of how to optimize operations, manage teams, and solve problems.I am passionate about using data to drive decision-making and improve customer satisfaction. I have completed three Coursera certifications in data analysis, data cleaning, and data exploration, and I use these skills to create and present insightful reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. I also trained and mentored the general managers and assistant managers in my region on how to use data to enhance their operations and leadership.
