I am a passionate change agent experienced in accelerating business transformation. The challenge of bringing vision to life motivates me. By defining a clear path through the disruption that change brings, I have delivered results by translating strategy into achievable milestones and by fostering high performing teams. I have lived the change our global market requires. Starting my career as a Human Resources leader, I increased the scope of my responsibilities while simultaneously earning an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. I then pivoted professionally to lead a business in Brazil as an expatriate General Manager. With P&L accountability, I was responsible for integrating a previously family-owned enterprise to the management cadence of a U.S. public company. This required a delicate assimilation of people, process, and culture. By traveling the country to gain an understanding of the diverse opportunities, customer feedback, and channel partner insights, I adapted product and marketing plans to protect share through economic turbulence. After repatriating, I pioneered digital growth strategies and launched a subscription business model. Accepting the challenge of a new Business Development role focused on revenue growth strategies leveraging innovation, I established the organization’s Internet of Things (IOT) strategy. I had P&L responsibility for, and led, the start-up team that launched an IOT product with a subscription service from concept through commercialization using agile / minimally viable product (MVP) development sprints and gathering user feedback through field pilots. I championed the adoption of organizational capabilities such as governance, data analytics, and data privacy compliance to support sustainable digital transformation. I am able to work across an organization with agility and deliver results. The intersection of strategy, people, and disruption is the common thread. It’s where I thrive. And, once again, I am pivoting. Returning to an HR leadership role, I am applying my unique skill set in a global organization with high growth objectives leveraging technology and innovation.Having lived in Brazil during the 2014 World Cup and traveled to Germany for a legendary experience with Bundesliga team Bayer Leverkusen, my husband and I, along with our two Goalkeeper sons, have become soccer enthusiasts.
