The primary role of the Interior Designer II is to lead a team that consults with clients and industry influencers to solve workplace problems, provide furniture solutions, and finish material selections. In addition, they create and deliver client design packages that sell furniture solutions and promote design services through the use of digital renderings and finish boards. This role assists in mentoring new interior designers and provides guidance to current interior designers and sales people. The Interior Designer II has a solid design foundation with experience in working with clients on detail driven projects. In addition, the designer will have a grasp of the nuances and specific skill sets found in workplace design and contract furniture and be comfortable in applying them to their produced designs.
