Regional Senior Design Director in the foodservice industry, responsible for leading strategic commercial kitchen design projects and overseeing a team of designers and project managers. Manage teams covering Strategic Reinvestment, Facilities, Custom Project Solutions, and Mall projects for our Chick-fil-A partner. Lead team members through project management, training, billing, and HR support. Cultivate design leadership through kitchen knowledge, custom concept solutions, program guidance, prototypical standards, and client experience.

Project managed schedule and development for 125 Strategic Reinvestment projects each year for Chick-fil-A. AutoCAD and Revit support for CD development, conceptual drawings, and innovation requests. Supported team with program training, kitchen equipment workflows, planning, and reviewing projects before submittals.

Developed commercial kitchen documents for Chick-fil-A. Space planned kitchens using prototypical standards. Delivered AutoCAD CD plans that included tagged equipment plans, schedules, and elevations.

Corporate space planning and custom residential design. AutoCAD CD development, FF&E, client presentations, billing, and proposals.

Met in client’s homes to design, develop, and price custom closets and garage systems.

Assisted residential designers in space planning, FF&E selection, and client presentations.
