• Scheduled and lead Budget Allocation and Spending Committee meetings, where students, staff, and faculty members of the ASI Board of Directors allocated $90,000 of student fees. • Managed $90,000 in student organization funds and financial transactions. This ensured accurate financial practices that aligned with school and organizational policies. • Redesigned the budget request process by creating a standard budget request packet, which all organizations were required to follow. This streamlined the process making it more intuitive for all parties and saved 80 hours of combined efforts. • Created and organized an online filing system for archived and future budget and financial documents. Initially created for personal organization but has become the method for searching and saving documents for the entire office. • Created a workflow to handle the large influx of documents, which required 3-5 approvals from all levels of administration. This organized the office, streamlined the process, ensured accuracy and consistency, and also allowed for flexibility when reassignment was necessary. • Established an annual budget workshop to create a platform for student feedback and financial development. The overall consensus from 160 students was that the process was far easier then the previous year and saved each requestor multiple hours of work time.• Monitored and analyzed four ASI entity budgets totaling to $285,000. In doing so, errors were identified and corrected to ensure no entities exceeded their allocated funds. • To accommodate an expanding workload I was granted one graduate student assistant and was able to delegate 20 hours of work per week. I provide mentoring for further professional development through constructive criticism and guidance.

• Identified a need for a customer relationship management system (CRM) that would allow communication with clients to be tracked. Salesforce was chosen because it was cost effective and accomplished all of our communication needs.• Collaborated with Salesforce employees to onboard the system and integrate it into our processes. This included training our in-house staff and demonstrating the value in using the system. • Attended networking events to establish relationships and gain new contacts. This lead to arranging meetings with clients to provide energy saving services.
