When Mittl Travel Agency was sold to Wings Travel Group in 2008, I became the Branch Manager of the Allentown PA Branch. I managed the transition of Mittl Travel Agency into Wings Travel Group which consisted of 7 offices with locations in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. I continued to oversee all aspects of the office including and not limited to Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources including training, coaching, and counseling employees in all facets of their positions. I maintained and expanded the Wings Travel social media accounts including Facebook and Blogs to capture more leads and capitalize on additional marketing opportunities.

As co-owner I managed the transition of employees from Travel First Inc. to Mittl Travel Agency. Developed strong customer relationships and participated in the growth of the agency from 4M with the merger and with 3 additional acquisitions to over 10M. Directed the development and launch of the company's first website. Maintained and expanded the websites online presence to capture more leads and capitalize on marketing opportunities. Facilitated presentations to large groups of clients for vacation planning and assisted in the growth of corporate business. Trained coached, and counseled 8 employees and 8 independent contractors in all facets of their positions. We sold the company to Wings Travel Group in August 2008.

Merged the office with Mittl Travel in 2000.
