Recent Accomplishments• Grew Renters web production +36% in 2020 (up +65% YTD) aided by the continuous pursuit of enhancements to the online sales flow and quote simplification • Established a partnership with call center sales leaders to improve property penetration through focused rep training and shared accountability metrics, leading to all-time high bundling rates• Partnered with State Management on a targeted growth initiative for Condo to maximize new agency incentives through consulting with high opportunity agencies and targeted marketing that resulted in double digit production lift across states, with some states seeing more than +30% growth
