Marketing team members in HQ, plus several local offices (USA, NL, DE, UK).Completely renovated partner portal that serves as the main repository of key information and resources (technical, pricing, promotion, etc.) for SALTO distribution network of 1000+ dealers, distributors, SALTO employees and selected end-users.Established internal communication channel and process for monthly presentations from HQ Product and Marketing management to all local offices’ commercial teams to effectively disseminate critical information on product launches and updates. Launched new corporate website, as well as the corresponding local sites for 10 countries or regions. Other digital channels launched: Microsite to support a major new software product, a website with public and private areas dedicated to supporting our Integrations business with 3rd party partners from access control and hospitality sectors. Established strategy and guidelines of use for subsequent launch of corporate-wide social media programme, spanning 5 key channels (LinkedIN, Twitter, Vimeo, FaceBook, Pintrest) and all SALTO geographies.Revamped catalogue mix to more coherently promote SALTO’s KSPs effectively across all markets and geographies. - Served as Project Leader to develop business plans for the creation of 2 public-private technology centres- Project Leader study “Analysing and Federating the European assistive technology ICT industry” for the E-Inclusion Unit of the European Commission.
