Navigated and mitigated issues with the launch and implementation of the new personnel system IPPS-A.• Served as Contracting Officer Representative (COR), responsible for administration of major command contracts totaling $88M across the 5-year cycle (Apr 2022-JUN 2023). Successfully recompeted the 2 largest contracts that both entered protest, and served as President, Technical Review Board on both panels. -
