I am an experienced Supervisor with a true passion to do any job set before me to the best of my ability! I love to problem solve and am especially adept at research due to my self motivation and perseverance. Through my career, I have learned to listen - really listen and understand what a person is conveying. I have found this to be a key skill not only in my current position but in all facets of life. Few people have the ability to lead by example, yet you have mastered this. Behind the scenes I have often compared you to Steve Yzerman. Steve never seemed very vocal. One would think somebody with the moniker, “the captain” should be this boisterous, outspoken, gregarious individual and most captains are, but Steve never spoke highly about himself in front of others or gloated about his accomplishments. He never openly criticized or chastised his teammates in front of each other, (even though as captain, he could have). All Steve had to do was show up every day, work hard and be a good teammate for people to follow his lead. He earned the title, “the captain” because of the combination of his diligence and temperament, a unique balance that few possess. You have naturally embodied these same principles and it has been priceless for our success here. Thank you for always doing the right thing and being such an amazing person to work with!”
