- Administrative Assistant to Education Director, Education Managers and Training Manager· Provide customer service assisting students when needed.· Responsible for scheduling all meetings for Education Director and Education Department.· Coordinates the campus Program Advisory Committee meetings twice a year, also responsible for all notes taken during the meetings.· Assist Education Director, Education Managers, Training Manager and Instructors with tasks as needed.· Tasked with managing the tracking process of the campus action items for the recent ACCSC accrediting process.· Maintains the instructor training database and instructor personnel files· Provides help with the planning and execution of Student Events/Staff Events and open houses.· Setting up travel arrangements for Education Director.· Over sees the process of setting up tests for students with IEP’s. · Manages the grading process for all tests.· Responsible for reconciling the Education Departments credit card.· Ordering of supplies and training aids for the education department.· Maintains reports needed for the Education Managers and Education Director.· Filled in as needed as the Assistant to the Campus President.· Campus event photographer· Campus Facebook page morderator
