The Office of Family Engagement provides important and timely communication with families, helpful resources and tools to support your student’s educational journey at Andover, and opportunities to connect with campus partners and other Andover families.

Provided comprehensive administrative support for the Academic Areas of Applied Physics (AP) and Environmental Science and Engineering (ESE), managing diverse tasks including supporting Area Chair(s), overseeing projects and initiatives, handling financial responsibilities, facilitating faculty searches and reviews, organizing events, and serving as the advisor to the AP Graduate Student Council.

Served as the primary point of contact for over 400 independent student organizations at the College, providing guidance on Student Engagement Office (SEO) policies and procedures. Managed essential student organization processes such as registration, recognition, and financial management, while also overseeing day-to-day operations of the SEO, and supervising a team of student staff.

Served as the coordinator for the Office of the Dean and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations for both entities.

Collaborated with the coordinator to strategize and execute programming for both the summer and academic year.The CONNECT Program was founded in 1994 through a joint partnership with the Diversity Support Coalition (DSC), the late Dr. Roger M. Beattie (Special Assistant to the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management), and Dr. Judy Spiller (Assistant Vice Provost for Academic Support Services). It is designed to help students that have been historically excluded from higher education (People of Color, first-generation and/or high financial need) thrive in their transition to and through college.
