A sales and leadership role that requires acquisition of new companies and households to help grow revenue for our retail banking partners. I manage a large portfolio of clients in Mid Ohio & Northern KY and my primary responsibility is to develop & maintain internal and external relationships to acquire and retain business clients.

As a Sales Wholesaler I was responsible for coaching/training managers, bankers and tellers on sales processes and behaviors in order to increase revenue and acquire new business, facilitate sales workshops, partner with District Managers to provide balanced feedback on branch visits & certify new managers on sales process & behaviors.

I was responsible for acquiring and retaining new consumer accounts by presenting JPM products and services to corporate clients within the Dayton Ohio area. I successfully coached and trained Branch Managers, Relationship/Personal Bankers, as well as, constantly drove the sales activities of the branches. I was responsible for partnering/influencing all JPM lines of business including branch staff to help achieve weekly goals and objectives. I provided comprehensive Financial Education and Money Management Solution seminars to employees of corporate clients. I worked closely with JPM business partners including Treasury Management, Wealth Management and C&I Bankers within the Dayton Oh market, to help maximize business opportunities through referrals and cross selling for all lines of business.

A leadership position in which my primary responsibility was to manage all operations of the branch including hiring, coaching and developing a staff of 8-10 employees, growing branch revenue and developing new business relationships.

Retain and expand new and existing customer relationships by continuously providing a positive customer interaction, recommending and selling all bank products and services, maximize profitability of the banking center through partnerships with lending, small business, and investments, all while providing superior customer service.
