The Program Manager will be involved in BBBS NWWY program development, including marketing, communications, recruitment, systems, paperwork consistency, and fundraising. Along with these responsibilities The Program Manager will also ensure proficiency in applying child safety and risk management knowledge and will provide monthly match activities for both adult matches and child matches, network in the community and build partnerships with individuals, corporations and foundations. The Program Manager will help plan fundraising events in Worland while working with the entire BBBS NWWY team on a consultant basis to develop and implement successful fundraising planning.Organizational Leadership Manage, motivate and hold AmeriCorps Members accountable to work efficiently and effectively to exceed minimum standards and practices.  Monitor and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the volunteer and client enrollment processes and volunteer retention strategies.  Establish both qualitative and quantitative benchmarks and goals for the agency’s ongoing improvement of services. This includes analyzing SOR and YOS data in order to collaboratively establish case management focus areas.  Consistently demonstrate the ability to be flexible, respond to feedback, follow directions, and use data to guide decisions and strategies for improvement.  Demonstrate the ability to be creative, improvise, adapt, and overcome barriers.  Develop new, innovative programs, including replication of models and best practices from other agencies that effectively focus on one-to-one mentoring services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill. Refer volunteers, parents/guardians, and youth to appropriate outside resources as necessary.  Serve as the primary staff liaison to the Community.  Perform other duties as assigned. Adhere to the agency’s beliefs and values in all job-related activities.
