- Directly supervised two programs; Client Support Services, funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care which is a case management program working directly with persons living with and/or affected by HIV/AIDS and a Volunteer and Peer Program funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada. - Overall I supervised and supported 3 staff, between two agency sites with an active client case load of over 100 individuals and over 50 plus volunteers.-Co-chair of regional working committee to plan annual conference to increase HIV/AIDS awareness and support persons living with HIV/AIDS - Planned annual memorial for persons living with HIV/AIDS - Experienced in program budgeting and financial management, grant writing, supervision of social work students and program staff, hiring and training new staff
