Goldstar Hobbies and Raceway is a remote control car pro hobby shop with multiple racetracks for a variety of racing styles. I am the Race Director, Shop Manager, Social Media Manager, and Race Event Coordinator. As a Race Director, my job duties included: building a weekly race program utilizing the MyLaps timing system with the Live Time scoring program, ensuring racers are signed up in their correct classes, and announcing the races. As the Shop Manager, I assisted the customers and racers with finding parts and tools needed for their specific needs. As Social Media Manager, I designed and marketed the hobby shop and racetrack to increase sales and race attendance by utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. As Event Coordinator I planned several racing events for local club races as well as coordinating with other racetracks and sponsors for larger events.

Started as a Greeter and worked my way as a Food and Beverage Supervisor for all outlets (coffee shop, room service, restaurant, and bar). I have exceptional administrative skills and customer service. I worked with the following programs: Opentable Guest Center, Micros, Kronos Payroll, Smartcube Client, HotSoS, and Microsoft Office
