I work at Paul V. Galvin Library (Illinois Tech) as Office Manager and the Assistant to the Dean. I'm responsible for daily operations, purchasing, and events. I served on the university's Staff Advisory Council for three years. From 2016–2019, I have coordinated our annual staff Mini Conference, and in August 2016, we hosted the IFLA-LBES Satellite Conference, where I acted as administrator. Process and maintain audit copies of financial documents such as interdepartmental requisitions, service orders, invoices, and purchase orders (including equipment, supplies, library materials, building repairs and maintenance).Maintain databases of staff, inventory, office supplies and vendors. Maintain confidential records and files. Serve as coordinator for supplies and related items. Maintain vendor catalogs, vendor performance, and initiate requisitions.
