I specialise in helping businesses across a variety of sectors to transform and optimise their contracting processes, structures and lifecycle, to negotiate commercial contracts, and to manage regulatory change through tech-enabled contract review and remediation. All businesses should consider how they can optimise their contracting and transform their legal function, as it enables businesses to maximise their ability to manage contracts and generate revenue, improve data insights and use of legal resources, and minimise their legal spend. I currently lead the General Commercial Contracts capability within PwC’s NewLaw, Legal Business Solutions, team. I am a solicitor with over 15 years’ commercial contracts experience providing strategic and commercial contracts advice to an array of public and private sector clients across different industries (including FS, Manufacturing, Retail, Services and Transport) and I have extensive experience supporting clients with contracting optimisation and contract review and remediation projects.
