I am a dedicated, focused professional with excellent management experience and a proven ability to improve performance standards through effective leadership and coaching. I have great problem-solving skills which I have honed through managing an extensive sales team as well as through troubleshooting technical faults on products in store. Passionate about customer service and self-development, I am looking to apply my results-driven attitude to a challenging position with opportunities for progression.I am completing a CIPD People Practice Level 3 qualification which is scheduled for completion in April 2023. Modules include ‘Principles of Analytics’, ‘Business Culture and Change in Contexts’ and ‘Core Behaviours for People Professionals’, providing a secure understanding of how best to support and manage the people within a business. Through this course I have gained a deeper insight about how staff data underpins key operational decisions and is therefore crucial to successfully creating a positive work culture.
