Oversee all bankruptcy correspondence, file documents with each district court upon notice to provide documentation for claims for the organization, handle all incoming attorney calls, or any officer of the court, as well as any necessary outbound written or verbal communication. Responsible for investigation of fraud cases or disputes presented by a consumer. Responsible for filing state licensing applications, quarterly and annually, for the organization, as well as individual collection licenses required. Completing state audits when required or requested. Work closely with Corporate General Counsel upon receipt of complaints from various federal, state, and local entities in gathering necessary documentation in preparing response. Once transferred to Financial Samaritan, my role changed to managing relationships with consumer loans, collection of current and past due payments, amortization of loans and processing loan documents.
