About Jennifer Bash

Growing up, my Dad always told me the best thing about his job was that he never felt like he was going to work. He encouraged me and my siblings to pursue careers doing something we enjoyed and felt passionately about. His passion was flying airplanes. Mine is much more down to earth; I truly enjoy helping people reach their full potential. I thrive on connecting with people, helping them recognize their strengths and building on these strengths to empower them. As you can see, my professional experience is working with people. From helping them overcome challenges like mental health issues to preparing them in their own professions; providing individuals with the skills and knowledge they need to be successful is my true passion. My eclectic experiences in the social work field, contact centers and the retail business arena have given me a unique skill set to effectively work with diverse populations and empower them.
