Worked closely with the Director of Marketing Operations and other marketing ops team members on an a year-long process of extracting our marketing campaigns from a shared system that was administered by another division and implementing a new instance of Eloqua from the ground up. Responsible for all Eloqua system administration duties in setting up security profiles, deliverability processes, system structures, IP warming, and building new new program and campaign templates using complex custom data object programs. Worked closely with our dev team to build an integration between Eloqua and our in-house CRM system, creating fields and custom data objects for use with the API. Smoothly transitioned campaign plans and timelines for more than 200 in-person events that were scheduled for 2020 into outreach for virtual events as the organization pivoted due to the COVID pandemic that resulted in net new growth of participation among our member community.
