I'm Jennifer Bui, was born in Vietnam, and came to Buffalo, New York when I was 11 years old. I’m the first generation of immigrants in the United States, the new life was strongly impacted by my perspective and inspiration. I did hard work to shape myself to be a strong and dedicated woman. I take great pride in persistence, diligence, and empathy. A background in two different cultures makes me value diversity more as I grow up. I love to do charity works. I've helped immigrants with paperworks and provided services during hurricane seasons. During my spare time, I enjoy traveling, eating my way around the world ,and sharing experiences.I also love collaborating and making connections when I'm around people. My career had shaped me to be an extraordinary internal and external communicator when I had to deal with customer service, complaints, department cross-training, and teamwork. I've learned that effective communication is at the core of any successful business. The communication skills that I gained have proven success in liaising with a diverse range of customers and maximizing customer satisfaction as well as retention throughout my career. With more than 10 years of professional experiences in corporate world, I believe my stellar of success is directly related to my proven expertise in building project plans from inception to completion in a deadline-driven environment within the allotted budget and time constraints. Thanks to all the changes and challenges in my career, I now have a remarkable background in formulating projects, producing productive reports and ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
