My role as part of our migration team is to contact our existing customers and schedule a migration of their existing system to a new program. A typical customer discussions may include answering product how-to questions, explaining the benefits of our new systems and scheduled system overviews.

As part of the Lucentis Access Solution team, my role as a case manager was to act as a liaison between patients, providers, MDs, distributors and insurance carriers to assure services are provided in the least restrictive and least costly manner.

As the Administrative Assistant, one of my biggest accomplishments at Giantsource was successfully assisting the company with the relocation of their Bend office. This included organizing all office equipment and a high level of communication between myself, our Director of Operation and other employees.

Giantsource is a Los Angeles based company with various offices throughout the US providing bespoke software development in the entertainment space. The team builds large-scale consumer destinations and B2B platforms. As an office coordinator for their office in Bend Oregon my duties included a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks such as organizing and managing files to purchasing office supplies.

Quiltster is a cloud-based, fabric auditioning and yardage calculating program for pre-designed quilt patterns. As a summer intern my job was to help facilitate the launch of our new Marketplace, this included communicating with developers to manually test out our new features and implementing marketing strategies for various social media platforms.
