A marketing and creative director with over 20 years of experience. I use marketing and brand strategy to inform decisions to further advance the mission, vision and brand. For 18 years, I was the owner of V Formation Creative (previously JM Design), an award winning, woman-owned, graphic design firm specializing in print, web and environmental design. It is important to me to be involved in my community. Most recently, I was a "chorus line" lead for the United Performing Arts Project with 3 other business leaders. Our role was to support UPAF with their efforts to inform and inspire 400+ volunteers with sharing their passion for the arts with their networks. I had the pleasure of being on the Board of Directors for the now defunct, Waukesha Community Art Project. WCAP empowered youth through creative expression. For ten years, the non-profit offered free, after-school, arts programs for middle school students and a leadership program for high-school students. I am also a Board member of TEMPO Waukesha, a nonprofit organization for executive and professional women. TEMPO offers education, professional development and provides a setting for professionals to meet and share common interests and experiences.
