Senior Manager, Community Impact
CurrentStrategy• Engage executives and internal stakeholders to build a new global community impact strategy for external grants and internal team member engagement aligned to Danaher’s key business priorities. • Work with business platforms to identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.• Build out metrics and KPIs to measure success and investment impact for new program.Leadership• Lead Danaher's global stakeholder group for community impact (corporate social responsibility).• Led global rollout to deploy organization-wide associate programs to 65,000 associates.• Represent organization in industry groups and councils in corporate social responsibility. Communications• Develop and manage global expansion and internal engagement strategy of Danaher’s community impact associate programs.• Build external communications plan and calendar for community impact messaging aligned with brand identity.• Manage global associate relief program.• Build content and create education modules to train volunteers across Danaher’s operating companies and spearhead associate outreach and engagement.Partnership Management• Research, evaluate and develop new strategic partnerships to execute on company’s community impact priorities. Launch and maintain grantee partnership relationships and elevate collaboration to further shared vision.Program Design and Management• Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups and the DEI team to define community strategy and initiate and support nonprofit partnerships for health equity.• Design and implement pilot program to build partnership opportunities between ERGs and nonprofit organizations.• Imagined and implemented a work stream structure to support initiatives with limited team resources through a global stakeholder group. • Remain current on industry ecosystem for evolving opportunities to create impact and improve outcomes.
