My name is Jennifer Denny. I'm a mom of 2 girls and a wife to an amazing husband. I enjoy helping others because it gives me joy and happiness.I am a huge puzzle fan, I'm a pet lover, child advocate for mental health and self-esteem. So I'm working towards helping others with health, wellness, mental health, self-care, self-esteem and many other things including growing your business. So helping women entrepreneurs and mompreneurs who want or need to manage their stress to maintain their work and home balance is a beginning to helping them and their families. I remember the excitement of starting my own business, the adrenaline that it gave me, but I also remember how I felt when I wasn't getting anywhere. The frustration, anger, not feeling I'm good enough and I watched others be successful at it and I thought what was wrong with me and what are they doing I'm not. Now I know how to do it the right way I'm turning it around and helping others with their business.
