As an Account Executive for all DHS, IRS, and non-DoD accounts, my responsibilities encompass managing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. I lead business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new opportunities within these agencies to expand our market presence. My role includes developing and executing strategic account plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of our services. Additionally, I focus on fostering long-term partnerships and relationships while staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adapt our strategies and maintain our competitive edge.

I developed formal processes and corporate infrastructure for business development, including capture, opportunity identification, qualification, pursuit, and proposal development, to support growth strategies. I recommend and drive initiatives such as obtaining the International Standard Organization (ISO) certification. Additionally, I provide essential advisory and hands-on support to the Directors in their opportunity capture and proposal efforts, contributing to the achievement of revenue targets.I have led capture and full proposal development for major Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) and Department-Wide Acquisition Contracts (DWACs), including GSA Polaris, GSA OASIS+, and DHS PACTS III. My leadership in these efforts has been pivotal in securing these critical contracts, contributing significantly to our organization's growth and success. I am currently supporting the NASA SEWP VI vehicle, further enhancing our capabilities and expanding our portfolio.
