I am currently part of the Venturous Counsel team which operates as outside general counsel for a wide range of startup companies with a focus on diverse-led startups as well as advising values-aligned VCs. I also have experience in M&A, Project Finance, and Technology and have worked extensively on cross-border transactions in these areas.
