I am the managing partner of Venturous Counsel, a pioneering legal services company, where I handle a broad array of venture financing, merger and acquisition, corporate counseling, employment, and commercial contract negotiation matters primarily in the technology, health, and finance sectors. My pro bono legal work is focused on refugee and asylum work. When I'm not lawyering, I manage my own working rock cover band, "Night Train," of which I am lead guitarist and founder. I also teach yoga when there's not a pandemic, and volunteer with various grassroots organizations focused on advancing progressive causes like universal healthcare and addressing the climate crisis.I aim to practice gratitude each day for the rewarding life that I am fortunate enough to call my own.
