I am client focused and believe that my clients’ success drives my success. Technology is intuitive to me, and I have used this strength in every job I have had to analyze business process pain points, and to find technological solutions that increase efficiency and standardize best practices. I am a self-starter and I naturally look for ways I can improve current processes. I work well independently and in team environments. I enjoy troubleshooting issues, theorizing the root cause and then finding a solution and pulling in the appropriate people to help resolve issues to find the best solution.

Risk Management CoordinatorAgstar Financial Services Mar 2014 - May 2015Rochester, Minnesota AreaRiskonnect is a Salesforce Appexchange managed package that provides features for Enterprise Risk Management. I was the sole administrator for Riskonnect. In this role I was responsible for configuration; including custom objects, fields, and formula fields, creating workflows, validation rules, developing reports and dashboards, defining and managing user profiles. I was also responsible for creating training guides and administering training for new users and existing users. In this role I worked with Riskonnect developers to define business and technical requirements, and develop, test, and implement enhancements to the custom application to meet AgStar’s business needs. I helped develop and document the risk review process, and how to use the Riskonnect product to support that business, and trained users how to use the features specific to their roles.I was also responsible for creating reports from data that was exported from Salesforce and other databases, and importing the data into Excel for deeper analysis of data from multiple data sources. Each month I created audience-specific Excel workbooks that employed pivot tables, charts and graphs, and summarized data for the Director of the Risk Asset Unit, and for the Board of Directors. Sr. Document Services SpecialistAgstar Financial Services Jul 2011 - Mar 2014Rochester, Minnesota AreaOn a daily basis I was responsible for drafting and finalizing lease documents. I was involved in many process improvement projects working with Salesforce technology. On one project I recommened an improved process involving dealer record entries to avoid record duplication that was happening due to the manual, dual-entry of dealer data into multiple databases. During the project I provided detailed requirements to get the data moved from an Access database into Salesforce, worked with the internal IT team and outside consultant to determine all affected parties, drove the final solution, and helped to sunset the legacy Access database. After the data was migrated from the Access database into Salesforce, I trained users on how to navigate and input the data in our Salesforce organization. During another project I submitted a process improvement idea for managing the Lease Lines of Credit because the credit available was difficult to track, and at times more credit was being extended than what the client had available. I defined a solution that could be implemented in our Salesforce organization using reports and custom formula fields on the Account object that would link to a report. I developed the report in Salesforce and identified the format of the URL that was needed to access the report. Initially the implementation was de-prioritized, so I developed a functional proof of concept that could be used as a workaround until the solution could be implemented within Salesforce. I created an Excel spreadsheet with necessary account information and formula fields to generate the URL needed to access the Salesforce report for the selected account. Soon after recognizing the benefit of the solution, the salesforce I.T. team created the necessary custom fields within Salesforce and retired the Excel-based proof of concept. -

I served as the staff liaison to the Aldrich Board of Directors and was responsible for reporting issues to the board, relaying information back to the teachers, and helping both parties understand the others' position on issues. I assisted with the revision of the lesson plans to help Aldrich meet accreditation standards, Minnesota state standards and standardize the process for all age levels. In the process I developed a new format for reporting to more easily facilitate capturing and reporting required information for accreditation.
