After having my own medical diagnosis and experience, I knew I had to make changes in my life. Once I found Functional Medicine and started to heal, I knew I had to help others to reach their health goals. So, I became a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and Compass Health Coaching, LLC was built.At Compass Health Coaching, LLC, my goal is to empower my clients to navigate their way to a healthier version of themselves.
