I am an extremely dedicated person who believes in going above and beyond. Whether that be for my employer, customers, family, friends, or people that I barely even know. I firmly believe that you should either put forth all of your effort and provide the best version of yourself that you can, or there is no purpose to what you are doing. My diverse employment background has enabled me to work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and personalities. When I was 18 years old, I was promoted from a Cashier to a Customer Service Lead where other employees and customers looked to me for guidance and support. Ever since that promotion, I have been responsible for taking control and leading the group at any job I have taken on. I believe in working within your group to discuss best practices and how to make whatever you are doing more efficient. People tend to gravitate towards me due to my welcoming personality and ability to navigate through any problem.
