My group worked with a division of the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) called Indiana211 to identify groups in need of more attention and resources among IN211 callers. We primarily used R, Python, and Tableau to clean, transform, explore, visualize and analyze the datasets we were given. A powerpoint presentation containing our work with this data, as well as an original Tableau dashboard were presented to Tara Morse, the Executive Director of Indiana 211 and others.
