• Managed the Accreditation process for all media representatives at the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
• Responsible for the identification, registration and accreditation of over 13,000 media at the Games including journalists, photographers, rights-holding broadcasters and host broadcaster
• Managed the Media Accreditation Centre ensuring that all Media clients have a smooth and efficient Accreditation process and problem solve issues in a timely manner
