Chief Executive responsible for a 277-bed teaching hospital providing tertiary-level care, seven Community Based Outpatient Clinics, providing leadership to 3000 employees, with a $450M budget. The network serves over 171,000 Veterans located in eight counties in Southern Arizona and one county in Western New Mexico. Southern Arizona Veterans Affairs Health Care System is a Whole Health Flagship, High Reliability Organization Co-hort II site, Moving Forward Recovery Model, and achieved Leader Designation in the Health Quality Index.

Chief Executive responsible for providing leadership to 1,400 employees, serving 54,000 Veterans and over 33,000 unique Veterans per year toward the successful operation of a high performing healthcare system providing high quality health care, accessible and of value to Veterans in the 2.6M sq. mile Pacific Islands region. The region demands are very complex, to include successful communication and working relationships with five Congressional Districts, four Gubernatorial administrations, and the Guam and Saipan Clinics operating across the International Date Line. Collaborating with Department of Defense Health Care and Community Health Care Networks to better serve the Pacific Island Veteran Community.
