I wore several different hats at Deeper Green Consulting. From email specialist to CRM supervisor to website design to internal communications manager to events coordinator, I was the go-person who tackled any challenge thrown my way. The internal SOP communications were inconsistent and causing discrepancies in our work, so I wrote and distributed new versions that would be used as the baseline for current and future team members. Part of my job was to help segment our target audiences and arrange them into HubSpot so I helped build the 4 customer personas for the company and organize the CRM data so that we could utilize it to its full capacity. A couple months in the website designer hired to create the website vanished, so I took on the extra responsibility to learn WordPress, color theory, basic web design practices, and even learn CSS to design the site from the ground up. For our external communications, I created the master editorial calendar to communicate messaging through email, blog, social media, and during events. I used Canva to create stunning graphics to use in e-blasts and on Facebook, wrote blogs, and worked with other businesses to promote events.

I started as a hostess when I was 15 and eventually worked my way up to a server and eventually manager. As a hostess, I organized the restaurant for peak efficiency and acted as the first impression of the restaurant and county club. I communicated with guests over the phone and in-person and relayed important information to servers and managers. As a server, I ensured the best customer service and fine dining standards to satisfy our guests. I would train new servers and hostesses on proper procedures and enforce our standards. I was eventually promoted to manager as I naturally took on more responsibility and was going above and beyond to ensure all of our guest's expectations were met.
