I specialise in managing complex employment tribunal claims which often contain a discrimination or whistleblowing element, and am experienced in negotiating settlements. I regularly advise on a range of employment law issues, including the running of redundancy, grievance, disciplinary and dismissal processes and the implementation of family-friendly policies and the handling of flexible working requests. My work also includes drafting employment documentation such as tailored contracts and policies. My clients include international investment banks, advertising agencies, law firms and global technology companies.Earlier in my career, I spent eight months working in-house at an international investment bank. During this time, I assisted in a major down-sizing exercise in which I gave day-to-day legal support to the HR department across Europe, the Middle East and Asia and conducted grievance, disciplinary and dismissal processes.
