Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging towels, restocking supplies, sweeping and mopping. Report any cases of property damage to supervisor. Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of each shift.Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests. Respond to calls for housekeeping problems. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures, dust furniture, walls and equipment. Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms. Process guest items left in rooms according to lost andfound policy.

Answer incoming calls, place outgoing sales calls to active customers and accurately input order information. Answer questions regarding Omaha Steaks products and services. Direct customer calls as needed. Recommend add-ons and/or upgrades. Use established sales and service techniques to maximize and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate register transactions. Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently. Stock shelves and refrigerated coolers. Promote store specials to customers. Perform inventory on specific store items.Receive any required vendor deliveries. Maintain a clean environment of lobby, store and restrooms. Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures.
