Influent50 is an agency geared towards the baby boomer generation. As senior designer/art director, I was responsible for the look and feel of print and digital campaigns for the AARP Member Advantages brand. Along with a copywriter, digital campaigns were taken from conception to execution on an almost quarterly basis. Tactics included emails, banners, social media, push notifications, and occasionally direct mail pieces. I also helped create content for the Member Advantages app and daily social media posts.Also while at i50, I did work for Expedia, OptumRx, Eyemed and internal AARP organizations.

Worked closely with the Design Director and other designers on modules and content for the Aol.com homepage. Also took part in product development and improvement utilizing user interface and user experience design guidelines.

Designed ads for local businesses based on what their wants and needs. Worked directly with the account executives or the client. CMS is a student run organization that works directly with the Collegiate Times, the Virginia Tech student run newspaper. I worked mainly in InDesign and Illustrator, doing illustrations, working with typography and basic newspaper layout and preflight and packaging.

This was a temporary position obtained through the Exxon-Mobil Summer Jobs Program. I was responsible for creating print pieces for mail and special events as well as event t-shirts.

Blacksburg, Va

While working with senior designers, I was responsible for creating illustrations for the research magazine, as well as other print pieces, such as a brochure for the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences.
