Serves as a technical interface to customers during product qualification, ramp and lifetime. Works closely with R&D, Marketing and Business Development teams to drive the implementation of new product concepts and ideas. Focus on optimizing quality, yield, and manufacturing cost to best support customer needs.Headed $20 million 512Mb GDDR3 graphic memory product to be used in the game console market as a cost-cutting, technology-shrink product from the previous design. Managed multi-site, international product core team.Customer technical interface providing support for all new product qualifications at two Japanese game console customers for GDDR3 graphic memory devices including all technical product documentation for the design- in activities. Supported US customer in their quality improvement initiative within the production line.Supervised failure analysis activities on GDDR3 graphic memory devices customer returns which included obtaining resources, setting priorities, and communicating results back to the customer for Japanese game console customers.

Assured a proactive risk management methodology.Spent two months as design trainer for all areas of the DRAM memory chip for new development center in China.Circuit design and characterization of multiple circuit blocks on the DRAM chip which included bandgaps, voltage regulators, voltage pumps, and DLL.Developed new methodology for tracking all of the design issues for every design within the company and followed-up with bi-weekly meetings with the design team leaders to ensure proper updates to the list.

Responsible for the physical design of memory blocks. Performed verification runs and solved errors to comply with related design rules and general quality standards at all levels from cell to top level of the chip.
