Currently I work to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies across the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation system throughout Texas. I've had the opportunity to established and start-up facilities and serve as a recruitment resource for a variety of lines of business. This position allows me to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers to ensure cost effective recruitment methods and quality hires and to continually enhance and improve recruitment practices and outcomes.

As the Human Resources Coordinator, I managed all aspects of the Human Resources Department in coordination with the Regional Human Resources Director and the Corporate HR/Payroll Departments. This is an HR Generalist role which allows me to manage the following areas in HR; safety, employee engagement, employee relations, payroll, compliance, quality, recruiting, retention, records management, training and development, disciplinary, benefits, work injuries, employee retention, compensation reviews, OSHA, employee orientation, employee health, agency contracts, FMLA, leaves of absences and much more.
