- Leadership role in a successful nationally high-profile recall campaign of the Santa Clara County judge who sentenced Stanford swimmer Brock Turner to 6 months in jail for sexual assault.- Responsible for outreach and strategic partnership development with endorsers and affiliated campaigns, recruited and trained volunteers and worked on communications and fundraising which raised more than 1.5 million.- Strategic campaign planning led to the collection of over 94,000 signatures for the first judicial recall in California in 86 years and won with 62% of the vote.

- Held a wide range of sale-oriented management roles, including sales management, product and business development, marketing and event planning, and trade show coordination.- Led a team of 24 professionals. Shifted to an active consulting role in 2006.- While playing a key leadership role in sales and marketing, contributed the company’s growth from $500k revenues to $23 million in revenues.
