Successfully leading a $20M endowment campaign to ensure the future of Kansas City Ballet for our community. The campaign is currently at 91% of goal. Concurrently led a successful $2.1M capital campaign which expanded the Kansas City Ballet School's South Campus in Johnson County that opened August 2023. Lead a 6-member team to engage donors to raise operating, endowment, and capital gifts.

The Museum is a natural history museum in southern Johnson County. This unique structure presents special exhibitions each year. Additional attractions include a Discovery Room with hands-on science exploration for children ages 3-12 and their families; a Virtual Reality Microtheater and a native Wetlands.Responsibilities included all aspects of the development program including, major gifts, grant writing, special events, donor communications and annual fund. Also involved with board development and database development.

Senior member of the Dean's leadership team responsible for all major gift fundraising for the Conservatory. Major areas of emphasis for philanthropy include scholarship endowments, outreach programs, signature performances and the Downtown Arts Campus for the Conservatory.* Successfully secured $48 Million for a new Conservatory campus in downtown Kansas City including a $20 Million challenge grant, a $7M pledge, two $3M gifts and several $1M gifts.* Strategized with key area executives to secure $48M in matching funds from the State of Missouri for the downtown campus.* 15% increase in gifts in-hand in one year from FY13 to FY14.* Continue growth with 30% increase in annual gifts with additional growth in FY16.* Secured largest planned gift commitment of $3 million in the Conservatory's history.* Secured $500,000 scholarship gift - second largest cash gift in Conservatory history.* Oversaw underwriting for four consecutive record-breaking years for the Conservatory gala.

Senior leader of a 4-person department reporting to the Executive Director. Completed a $39M campaign for a new home for the Ballet and grew the organization budget from $5M to $7.5M. In August 2010, KCB moved to its new home. One month later KCB moved performances to the world-class Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.
