• Brought back full-time to assist with conversion of a duct-tape-and-string corporate web site to a newly-acquired content management system, Drupal. Worked with extended coding team to identify when 1:1 conversion was impossible, then negotiated resolutions with stakeholders• Partnered with marketing representatives to identify interface and process improvements that could be rolled into the conversion• Documented functionality of existing site through wireframes and functional specs, then tested the conversion against those• Wrote code for new templates and queries

Part-time, telecommuting from Bend, following maternity leave• Projects included: Monitoring performance & brand-compliance of the sections of the site maintained in Asia; QA testing of database-driven apps; designing new pages to serve marketing objectives. Project lead on new product introductions on the site

• With program manager, led cross-functional initiative to identify the primary objectives of the corporate web site and ways of measuring the site’s success. Conducted stakeholder interviews, surveys, workshops toward that end. Coordinated a site redesign following usability studies• Co-led initiative to identify core objectives of the intranet site, which followed the same basic process. Also developed and ran training program for 50+ developers worldwide on new design requirements. Conducted brown-bags on best practices

• Initiatiated, researched and wrote the first English city guide to Kaliningrad, Russia. Updated the Vilnius city guide 5x/yr. plus the annual Kaunas, Klaipeda and Minsk guides• Self-taught HTML, FTP etc. to create the first online version of the city guides
