Having 28 years of previous experience in marketing with senior living developers, management companies and owners, I am passionate about driving success and growth for City's Best Marketing and for our senior living clients we serve. As the Director of Marketing and Business Development, I leverage my skills in leadership, relationship building, marketing strategy, content creation, and advertising, both print and digitally, to help clients generate leads, increase occupancy, and enhance brand awareness. I also, along with our design team, collaborate with our external partners and stakeholders to ensure outstanding quality and consistency of our services. Previously, as the Director of Marketing for the Senior Living Division at United Properties, I collaborated with our management partners to develop a consistent brand presence and implement marketing strategies and programs for 15 cooperatives communities and 7 senior livings. I also supported development, by researching market feasibility studies, creating marketing plans, training sales team members, and coordinating with design and construction teams. My core competencies include senior living and eldercare, development and management, marketing and business development, and team leadership and communication. I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative and effective marketing solutions for our clients that serve and improve the lives and well-being of seniors and their families.
