Contracted by Solar Bear to be responsible for audience development, promoting the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland play Love and Information in the North East. Developed an agreed communications strategy. Implemented this strategy by networking with target segments and key professionals using telephone, face to face and social media to drive audience demand. Undertook market research for Inverness area. Successfully exceeded agreed targets.

Contracted by JDRF to provide event props and promote the Under the Sea charity ball at Ardoe House Hotel. This involved the creation of the paper Jellyfish, liaising with Indgo PR and developing a social media content strategy.

Banchory

Contracted by Woodend Barn to fulfil the role of Communications Officer for the project. Act as point of contact for any project enquiries. Liaising with charities, local schools and community groups. Undertake office administration, marketing, media relations, and PR duties. Create welcome packs and assist with front of house during the event.

Balmoral Group, Aberdeen

Working as a PR and Fundraising placement student in preparation for the Courage on the Catwalk charity event. Duties included liaison with press and event models, writing press releases, assisting with social media and general office administration.

Working with the Creative Learning Team in a freelance capacity. Duties included festival set up, supporting the administration, organising mail, booking confirmation and resource packs. Preparation of the exhibition including selecting materials to exhibit and designing the stall. Front of house duties, troubleshooting and being present at venues to set up and ensure that the events ran smoothly.
